 1 unit of clean oxtail

 2 packs of jmabu

 1 bunch of chicory from Pará (northern coriander)

 1 bunch of chives

 2 units of grated medium onion

 5 cloves of crushed garlic

 500 milliliters of tucupi

 4 tablespoons of vinegar

 1 tablespoon of olive oil

 1 tablespoon of paprika (shallow spoon)

 Black pepper

 salt

How to make Oxtail in tucupi:

The first step in making this homemade tucupi radish recipe is to cut the oxtail through the joints, and season it the day before with onions, garlic, chicory, chives, vinegar, oil, paprika and black pepper August.
